x444 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the x444 platform available at x444.biz (hereinafter referred to as "x444", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") irrevocably agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of a single binding agreement between you and x444.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the x444 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of x444 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain an account on x444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal persons are not eligible to hold x444 accounts.

• You must not have had a previous x444 account terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and a valid email address.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

x444 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to copies of your CNIC, proof of address (such as a utility bill issued in Pakistan within the past three months), and source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Failure to provide such documents within the timeframe specified by x444 may result in the temporary suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests.

Each user is permitted to hold one and only one active x444 account. The operation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the purpose for which the additional account is created.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your x444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your x444 account on your behalf.
• You must ensure that all devices used to access x444 are adequately secured with appropriate passwords, screen locks, or other access controls.
• You must notify x444 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security.

x444 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity that occurs on your x444 account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify x444 of a security breach and x444 confirms the suspension of your account in writing.

x444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the x444 platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit at x444 is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically processed within 1–3 business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.
• Own-Name Restriction: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name. All withdrawals will be returned to a payment account registered in your own name only. x444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Currency Conversion: x444 operates in PKR. If your payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, any resulting conversion fees or exchange rate differences are your sole responsibility.

x444 expressly prohibits the use of its platform for any money transfer or currency conversion activity that is unrelated to genuine gaming activity. Any account found to be used in this manner will be immediately suspended and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all such accounts terminated and all associated balances forfeited.

All bets placed on x444 — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, or slot games — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market as displayed within the platform, as well as the following general rules:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the x444 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user, except where x444 exercises its right to void a bet in the circumstances described below.
• Void Bets: x444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error by the odds compiler, or placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on x444. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket bets on x444 — including PSL matches, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or declared a no-result, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that market.
• Technical Disconnection: In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game session, x444's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome of any affected rounds. x444 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by factors outside x444's direct control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x444 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the x444 platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Creating more than one x444 account, or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when x444 requests verification documents.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an x444 account.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game on x444.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the x444 platform in a manner not permitted by x444's published fair use policy.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors in the x444 platform to obtain financial advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known software error are void and will be reclaimed by x444.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or sports betting product on x444.
• Using the x444 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x444 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds — arising out of or in connection with your use of the x444 platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not x444 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

x444's total aggregate liability to any user for any single claim or series of related claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their x444 account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x444 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or force majeure events — including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, civil unrest, or natural disasters — may result in temporary service interruptions for which x444 accepts no liability.

x444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in x444's dormant account policy).
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination, x444 will return any remaining real-money balance in your account (net of any applicable bonuses, voided bets, or amounts subject to fraud investigation) to you via your registered payment method, within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts terminated for fraud will have all balances frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited if fraud is confirmed.

You may close your x444 account at any time by contacting x444 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will continue to be processed normally.

x444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x444 will notify registered users by posting a notice on the x444 platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.
